2. Right of Withdrawal

Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Exception: Personalized or custom-made products (such as our curtains) are not covered by the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 17 of the same law.
